F&B Manager

Dushanbe Serena Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to join a prestigious international hospitality brand and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
• Ensure high standards of service in line with 4–5* hotel expectations
• Manage budgeting, P&L, and cost control (food, beverage, and labor costs)
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development
• Organize and supervise events, conferences, and banquets
• Handle procurement, inventory management, and stock control
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team
Requirements
1. Education
• Higher education in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Tourism, or Economics (preferred)
• Certifications in HACCP, food safety, or leadership are an advantage
2. Work Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hotel F&B department
• Proven experience in managerial roles (Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, Assistant F&B Manager)
• Experience in international chain hotels / 4–5 star properties is highly desirable
3. Professional Skills
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards
• Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience in menu engineering and revenue optimization
• Ability to manage large-scale events and operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in recruitment, training, and staff motivation
• Performance management and disciplinary handling
